Visit to the mud volcanoes and the scripts at Qobustan

 

9th November was "National Flag Day" and a day off from school. 

A great day spent with the Bugge family experiencing the great phenomenon 

of the mud volcanoes 

                   

 You need to be careful not to fall in!  The ground is soft and muddy - of course. Nicat with the camera.   

When your hands get covered with mud, it's good there is a small lake close by.....
